Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. To qualify for return:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and hosiery
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to your order history
  3. Select the items you wish to return
  4. Complete the return request form
  5. Wait for return authorization

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees

Refund Processing

  • Allow 5-7 business days for processing after we receive your return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • The refund amount will exclude original shipping costs
  • Sale items will be refunded at purchase price

Exchanges
We currently only offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following our standard procedure
  2. Place a new order for the desired item

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

Return Address
Once your return is authorized, you will receive:

  • Return authorization number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Designated return facility address

Processing Time
Please allow:

  • 3-5 business days for return authorization
  • 5-10 business days for refund processing after we receive your return
  • Additional time for international shipments

Store Credit Option
You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, which:

  • Will be issued immediately upon return approval
  • Never expires
  • Can be used for future purchases
